Thank you for your interest in the TNL Aviation Remote Pilot Ground School! We’re certain you will enjoy the class and be well prepared to take the FAA Remote Pilot Knowledge Exam.
Your instructor, Taylor Albrecht, has been teaching pilots since 2006, including those interested in their Private and Commercial certificates and Instrument and Multi-engine ratings. He designed the Remote Pilot courses and began teaching them in 2017. He has a fresh and fun approach to teaching.
The next class is March 6 – 18, 2023 and is going to have a hybrid approach. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday we will get together via Zoom Meeting. Saturdays we will get together in person (if possible) at the Divide Fire Station in Divide, Colorado. These days we plan to continue the lectures but also have some fun flying aircraft!
There is a prerequisite to the course. Anyone attending must have completed the TRUST training for recreational pilots and submit their certificate beforehand. The best place to do this is at Pilot Institute – trust.pilotinstitute.com.
